These limited requests relate to guidance around the Visual UGC API, Visual UGC built Plugins, and questions relating to components outlined on the Developer Portal.
Developer Support does not include review or provision of code for any function.
Technical Support is a request for code-level support relating to the Visual UGC Platform. Technical Support tickets relate to bug fixing, trouble around implementing a specific technology, or other questions relating directly to code.
Visual UGC does not currently offer a Technical Support service.
