Developer Support is limited to the Stackla Developer Portal, Stackla Knowledgebase and limited questions via the Stackla Support Desk.
These limited requests relate to guidance around the Stackla API, Stackla built Plugins and questions relating to components outlined on the Developer Portal.
Developer Support does not include review or provision of code for any function.
Technical Support is a request for code-level support relating to the Stackla Platform. Technical Support tickets relate to bug fixing, trouble around implementing a specific technology or other questions relating directly to code.
Stackla does not currently offer a Technical Support service.
